The motifs are inspired by vintage objects and are made up of items found in people's living spaces.
Everyday items are transformed into objects that decorate living spaces.
The designer loves vintage objects and collects them, arranging them on shelves to admire.
One day, wanting a sofa, he was surfing the internet for images of rooms with sofas,
and noticed that all the cushions on the sofa were square.
For example, if cushions of various shapes were lined up on the sofa,
it would look interesting like a shelf displaying objects!
This was the inspiration behind the idea.
Fabric objet (ファブリック オブジェ） とはユニークな形をした布製のオブジェ（クッション）です。
布で制作することでオブジェとしても存在しつつ、
人が寄り添える存在ともなり装飾的な役割も果たします。
モチーフは人間、そして人間の生活空間にあるもので構成されています。
身近にあるものを、生活空間を装飾するオブジェとして変換することで、モノのヒトとの関係性を再考する契機ともなることを期待しています。
ソファや椅子、ラグの上に並べれば、その空間をユニークかつリラクシーに装飾してくれる存在
となることを目指しています。
